I engaged Concept Media to develop a more professional look for my business. Ralph Brewer and his team developed a new logo and overall image, including business cards and stationary.

The first printing of stationary did not have some of the correct colors requiring a reprint of the stationary. I offered to help compensate Concept Media for this, and they said ‘Absolutely not. You hire us to deliver a quality product at a specific price and that is what we will do.’
